Geofam - Geoplex

It's real: Geoplex's new release is 100% ready...

2026-09-24

...And yes, it has saxophone! Let's break it down!

So recently, Geoplex mentioned out of nowhere on his Discord server about how he planned to finish his song as much as he could, so he could submit it to a little competition: I unfortunately didn’t find what that competition is, but it’s kind of a crazy statement to say out of nowhere, as it basically means that the song is almost ready to release, but more than that, because he actually said that the deadline was today as of writing this, september 23rd!

Now while it doesn't mean Geoplex will release the song itself, it does mean, that the song is basically ready to ship, and that his new release is just around the corner.
But there's still one question left: What will the song be?

Well the answer is, Complextro! Geoplex already showed us a sneak peek earlier this year, and the filename of the video was “complextro_swing_thing.mp4” and on top of that, Geoplex has been mentioning Complextro quite a lot that past year.
Coincidence? I don’t think so. Geoplex only showed us 3 song previews, one of them being part of Lyra Ivy’s upcoming album, and the other one being a guitar jam, which Geoplex said he might turn into a song.

The Complextro one being the oldest and most “complete” sneak peek of the bunch leaves no doubt: The song will either be complextro_swing_thing or something Geoplex never showed us.

Personally I bet everything on complextro, Geoplex has just been mentioning it so much, and in his tweets (yes I had to investigate on his twitter too), he mentions how “bandpassing his guitar for the buildup sounds so good”, the guitar, which is building up to the drop in complextro_swing_thing at the end of the sneak peek!

So yeah, a new Geoplex song is coming soon and it will contain some saxophone and bass!

Now place your bets on who will win that song competition, because in my opinion, it’s gotta be freaking Geoplex!
